It allows for the easy creation of commission plans catering to different sales teams and boasts deep, seamless integrations with major technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Oracle Fusion, enhancing its utility. However, the platform is not without its weaknesses; users have noted a desire for more control over the customization and manipulation of reports, especially when exporting data into formats like Excel or CSV. Additionally, the reporting interface within QCommission could benefit from enhancements to user-friendliness. Setting up requires scheduling a demo, which, while ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the tool’s capabilities, may be seen as a barrier to entry for some potential users. Unique features of QCommission include a commission processing calendar, the support for complex commission plans, tracking of sales, commissions, and bonuses, the ability to reduce administrative and overpayment costs, and fully automated reporting, making it a standout solution for managing sales commissions despite its noted limitations.

What we like:

  • You can track sales by individual rep, account, territory, or product line. This gives you great visibility into how the entire department performs and coach up where necessary.
  • You’re able to easily create commission plans for different sales teams (like inside sales vs outside sales).
  • QCommission provides deep and seamless integreations with some of the top technologies used across your sales team including, but not limited to; Salesforce, HubSpot, and Oracle Fusion.

What we don't like:

  • It would be nice to have more control of the reports, specifically the ability to easily manipulate the data when exported into excel, csv.
  • The reporting section within the QCommission platform could be a bit more user-friendly.
  • Unfortunately, if you want to get started with QCommission and test out the sales commission software, you'll need to schedule a demo with their team. This ensures you fully understand the platform's full capabilities and help answer any questions you may have.
