Its platform significantly reduces development time for new integrations, thanks to pre-built connectors and an intuitive design, enabling businesses to launch integrations in weeks instead of months. Additionally, Pandium facilitates customer acquisition by opening new channels across partnership app marketplaces. However, companies new to building in-app ecosystems may require further support, and some help center documentation could be improved, though dedicated customer support can mitigate these issues. You also need to demo the platform with their sales team before proceeding. Unique to Pandium are features like an optional in-app marketplace, a public gallery, an integration hub, and technology partner workflows and management, along with a professional services add-on for integration teams, catering to a wide range of business needs and enhancing partner ecosystem management.

What we like:

  • The onboarding team at Pandium goes above and beyond expectations to get you up and running quickly. The responsiveness from the customer support team is next-level, which is especially important during downtimes.
  • Reduced Development Time: With pre-built connectors and intuitive design, Pandium can significantly decrease the time it takes to develop and roll out new integrations. We are talking weeks, not months.
  • Pandium opens up new channels for customer acquisition across other partnership app marketplaces.

What we don't like:

  • If you haven’t built an in-app embedded app ecosystem before, you may need deeper support from their customer support teams.
  • They could improve some of their help center documentation, but you can always just submit your questions to your dedicated customer support team to help mitigate issues.
