01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

An additional growth channel.
A program to build.

The client wanted to explore affiliate marketing as a new growth channel. Working directly with the VP of Marketing, Growann helped launch a brand-new program on PartnerStack in 2025.

The engagement covered the operating foundation and the ongoing work: setting up the platform, equipping partners, recruiting affiliates and reviewing performance with the client.

02 / THE WORK

Give partners a clear
place to start.

01

Set up the program.

Growann configured partner groups, offer tracking and email drip campaigns within PartnerStack, establishing the program’s operating foundation.

02

Equip affiliates to promote.

We assembled program resources to help affiliates learn about the product, understand the brand and develop content. Email drip campaigns supported partner education and communication.

03

Build the recruitment motion.

We developed outreach campaigns, conducted one-on-one recruitment and ran broader campaigns through PartnerStack’s affiliate network.

03 / THE PARTNERS

Bloggers connected
the program to customers.

Recruitment focused on affiliate bloggers in the category and content creators with project management expertise.

WHAT GENERATED CUSTOMERS

Affiliate bloggers.

Bloggers were the partner type that generated customers during the August–October 2025 measurement period.

Alongside blogger recruitment, Growann explored project management creators, lead-generation affiliate networks and other partnership approaches as part of ongoing testing.

04 / MANAGING THE CHANNEL

Keep the work moving.
Keep the client close.

The engagement continued beyond setup. Growann provided weekly and monthly reporting, alongside quarterly business reviews with the client.

WeeklyProgram reporting
MonthlyPerformance reporting
QuarterlyBusiness reviews

These conversations brought together program performance, recruitment tactics and proposed tests, giving the VP of Marketing visibility into the work and the next opportunities to explore.

05 / RESULTS + MEASUREMENT

Growth in revenue.
And in paid customers.

From August to October 2025, the program recorded a 245% increase in partner-attributed monthly revenue, a 118% increase in new paid customers and a 346% increase in partner-attributed signups.

The engagement combined program setup, partner enablement, recruitment and ongoing management. Blogger partnerships generated customers during the measurement period.

HOW TO READ THE RESULTS

Percentages compare October 2025 with August 2025. They describe changes in monthly performance, rather than cumulative results across the period.

The chart shows a relative revenue index: August = 100 and October = 345. It does not disclose revenue amounts. Client identity, revenue amounts and customer counts remain confidential.
